Job summary

Hopebridge in Elkhart, IN is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism. The role emphasizes hands-on therapy under BCBA supervision, with a focus on communication, school readiness, and skill development in a caring clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan
• Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness
• Celebrate victories (both big and small!), help kids and families celebrate milestones, and get more high fives than you’ve ever thought possible
