Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Kansas City, MO is seeking entry-level Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support clients with autism through evidence-based ABA services. This role offers part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to sponsor your RBT certification and BCBA schooling programs.

You will work one-on-one with clients in homes or community settings, record session data, and collaborate with a clinical team to build independent skills and positive behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
