Job summary

Courtesy Toyota of Brandon is seeking an entry level Quick Lube Automotive Technician who will perform basic vehicle maintenance and wear-and-tear services. This hourly role emphasizes teamwork and dedication to quality customer care.

You will handle oil changes, tire rotations, routine inspections, and use the manufacturer’s inspection forms, while participating in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies.

Qualifications

• Entry level technician with basic automotive knowledge.
• Must have basic tools and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test).
• Automotive technical school certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, balancing of tires and battery testing.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Make accurate use of the multi-point inspection form on each vehicle.
• Utilize product and technical training as assigned by the manufacturer and management.
• Take care to ensure that customer vehicles are returned to them in the same condition or better than when brought in.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training, programs and schools.
• Continuously expand knowledge for new technologies and practice.
