Job summary

O’Meara Ford is looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join our service team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone interested in the automotive industry who wants to learn new skills and build a career in automotive service.

Compensation is $20.00 flat rate. We offer hands-on training, a supportive team, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the dealership as you gain experience and contribute to delivering quality service.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in working on vehicles.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services, including oil and filter changes.
• Check and top off vehicle fluids as needed.
• Inspect tires, brakes, belts, hoses, filters, and other basic vehicle components.
• Check and maintain proper tire pressure.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any concerns to the service team.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety guidelines.
• Work with service technicians and advisors to help deliver an excellent customer experience.
