The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–3 years of quality management experience. You will ensure safety policies, perform quality inspections, maintain 5S, prepare documentation, and support CAPA/NCM processes

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 0-3 years of quality management experience
• Travel: 0-10%
• Work Schedule: 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am, Mon–Fri; overtime may be required

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees follow safety policies.
• Perform against safety, quality, and production metrics.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S.
• Complete procedures and checklists for equipment per specs.
• Collaborate with leaders to define quality requirements and deliverables.
• Provide inspection reports and supporting material.
• Manage Non-Conforming Material (NCM) tagging, logging and quarantine.
• Provide updates to Excellerate Quality team on quality issues.
• Collect quality data in manufacturing (inspection results, checklists, torque values, pictures, certifications).
• Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.
• Conduct scheduled or random quality inspections on materials and assemblies.
• Coordinate cross-location standardization of quality tools.
• Assist with quality training as needed.
• Provide performance evaluation feedback.
• Support employee relations.
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Adhere to Non-Conforming Material and CAPA processes.
