Job summary

ITC is seeking a Quality Technician I to join our quality team. The role involves performing basic inspections, documenting results, and supporting production with quality-related questions on the floor.

Ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work and developing in a quality-focused environment. Entry-level candidates will receive strong training in blueprint reading, SPC, ERP (Syteline), and other quality systems as part of the growth into higher-level technician roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing or quality preferred but not required.
• Technical coursework in manufacturing, measurement, or blueprint reading is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and document results using INS processes.
• Support audits, rework, and quality investigations on the floor.
• Assist training and answer quality questions for production teams.
• Maintain records in ERP and ensure proper documentation.
