Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support quality testing and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform laboratory analyses, maintain documentation, and provide data to support process decisions.

Ideal candidates have entry-level laboratory or manufacturing experience, strong data-entry skills, and a clear commitment to quality and accuracy. Day and night shifts are available, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of laboratory testing
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing, quality control, GMP, or production experience
• Experience with QC inspections, documentation, and data management
• Strong computer and data-entry skills

Responsibilities

• Collect production line samples at designated times
• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis of samples
• Accurately document and communicate test results
• Support production teams by providing quality data for process decisions
• Monitor and document product quality, instrument performance, and production issues
• Maintain accurate records for quality control and receivables verification
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory and analytical equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment issues
• Follow laboratory procedures and quality standards while working in a manufacturing environment

Manufacturing Environment

12-Hour shift

Night Shift: $21/hr

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking Laboratory Technician candidates to support quality testing and production operations through accurate laboratory analysis, documentation, and process support.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with entry level laboratory, quality control, or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their careers in a dynamic production environment.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

6:0 0AM - 6:30PM / $18.50/hr

Night Shift

6:00PM - 6:30AM / $21.00/hr

Must be available to work a 12-hour schedule, overtime, and additional hours as required.

What You'll Do

• Collect production line samples at designated times

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to bend, twist, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Ability to work safely while wearing required PPE
• Ability to coordinate movements quickly and accurately in a high-production environment
• Reliable attendance and schedule flexibility required
