Job summary

Clark-Reliance is seeking an entry-level Quality Control Technician in Strongsville, OH, to support the quality department with NDE testing, calibration, and receiving inspections. The role involves interpreting inspection requirements, documenting test results, and ensuring conformance to ISO standards in a first-shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic reading comprehension, and up to one year of related manufacturing or receiving experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to read and follow verbal instructions in Standard English.
• One year related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must read and comprehend documents that define test equipment usage.
• One year experience in receiving of in-bound products preferred.
• Understanding material specifications (ASME, ASTM) preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO Quality Management Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform various Non-Destructive testing (NDE) and document results.
• Coordinate testing with Team Leads, Production Planners, and Product Managers.
• Interpret and implement required testing/inspection requirements.
• Testing includes PT, VT, MT, Hardness, Ferrite, PMI (RT) and related reporting.
• Document results per company procedures and sales order requirements.
• Create, maintain and edit data identifying status of gaging requiring calibration.
