Job summary

Kenvue in Lititz, PA is seeking a QC Scientist I to join the analytical lab. This entry-level role performs a variety of testing on raw materials, in-process and finished products under moderate supervision.

You will execute basic wet bench and chromatography analyses (UPLC, LC, GC, IC, UV), support documentation, and contribute to lab investigations and continuous improvement efforts. Ideal candidates hold a science bachelor's degree, 0–3 years in analytical testing, and familiarity with LIMS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field.
• 0–3 years of analytical testing experience.
• 0–2 years of chromatography experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with LIMS and Empower preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all required procedures (SOP, Kenvue Test Methods, Product Specifications, Raw Material Specifications, Test Notes, and Pharmacopoeia Test Methods).
• Perform basic wet bench testing and physical testing.
• Perform Chromatography Analyses.
• Participate in laboratory and non-conformance Investigations.
• Peer Review of Standard and Reagents.
• Capable of learning new testing techniques.
• Able to troubleshoot instrument and testing issues.
• Document upkeep support (updating SOPs, Test Notes, Job Aids, Work Instructions).
• Participate in the labs 5S program.
• Support non-testing projects that improve QC lab efficiency.
• Maintain GLP and proper documentation.
