Responsibilities

• Manage the CWS Safety plan and conduct safety audits.
• Understand and enforce contracts with owners and subcontractors.
• Organize duties of field personnel and project staff.
• Assist in project bidding and contract composition.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules.
• Coordinate project information distribution to stakeholders.
• Prepare agendas and record meeting notes.
• Prepare owner billing and review month costs.
