Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represents clients in court at various stages: arraignments, hearings, sentencing, and appeals; negotiates on behalf of clients and argues motions.
• Investigates and prepares cases: reviews discovery, interviews clients, inspects records, and develops defense strategies.
• Represents clients at pre-trial conferences; negotiates with prosecutors and advises clients on plea options.
