Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, bioengineering, chemistry, or related field.
• 0–2 years in a professional lab or biotech manufacturing environment.
• Entry-to-junior level; advanced degrees not considered.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture assay consumables and reagents following established protocols.
• Validate components, manage inventory, and package products for shipping.
• Maintain meticulous manufacturing documentation per ISO 13485.
• Track deviations and assist with troubleshooting.
• Operate lab instruments and perform routine maintenance.
• Support R&D and ELISA assay development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Keep lab clean, safe, and compliant.
