Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file pleadings, handle discovery, briefing and motions.
• Conduct witness preparation, grand jury presentations, hearings and trials.
• Evaluate cases to determine dispositions and negotiate resolutions.
• Confer with defense counsel and judges; make court appearances.
• Investigate cases using legal process and collaborate with police.
