LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing real estate organization to identify an Entry-Level Property Accountant in the Greater Cincinnati Area. This opportunity is ideal for a recent accounting graduate or early-career professional seeking hands-on experience in property accounting, financial reporting, and real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent accounting experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Exposure to real estate, property accounting, or commercial real estate is a plus.
• Solid GAAP understanding and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close for assigned properties and meet deadlines.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals and prepaid expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations.
• Analyze variances and assist with monthly financial statements and reporting.
• Support CAPEX/CIP tracking and budgeting activities.
