Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
• Experience working on projects from ground-up or major renovation scopes.
• Familiarity with construction means, methods, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in planning.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Monitor project schedules and cost-to-complete.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify potential project risks and recommend actions.
