Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an entry‑level engineer to support building intelligence projects in the United States. The role involves processing submittals, RFIs, and change orders, while maintaining detailed project records and helping manage permits and access requests.

A BS in Engineering (ABET‑accredited preferred) is required or expected. You will work under supervision on engineering tasks, gain exposure to a broad range of cyber-physical systems, and contribute to a portfolio of high‑impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering; ABET-accredited program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing submittals.
• Processing RFI’s.
• Keeping up daily work tickets.
• Posting RFI’s and change orders.
• Tracking and managing change orders.
• Maintaining as-builts as work is completed.
• Documenting project issues/conditions.
• Maintaining organized and detailed project records.
• Submitting hours and cost codes.
• Obtaining permits, badges and access requests in advance.
• Assists with preparing change orders.
• Manage project library.
• Participates in KPR (Key Project Review).
