Job summary

Stratas Foods is hiring for an entry level manufacturing floor position. You will perform a variety of duties including housekeeping, line operation, and equipment support, with flexibility to work any shift, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities include stocking lines, operating during breaks, filling out paperwork, basic equipment troubleshooting, and contributing to safety and efficiency with the M3 inventory system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required and verified.
• Previous related experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep lines stocked with packaging materials.
• Operate production lines during breaks and lunches.
• Fill out paperwork when covering for a Line Operator.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of packaging equipment.
• Maintain documentation and support production goals through teamwork.
