Job summary

Kraton Corporation is hiring for an entry-level production role at our Panama City, Florida site. You will operate chemical processing systems, perform routine tasks, and assist with data recording and safety checks.

Shifts rotate, including days/nights, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; a Chemical Operator certificate or degree is preferred, and 1–3 years in chemical manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for shift teams and daily updates.
• Basic computer skills with Outlook experience required.
• Chemistry/manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment and DCS.
• Perform routine housekeeping, loading/unloading, and drumming tasks.
• Record data, adjust controls, and conduct basic sampling.
• Support safety checks and equipment maintenance.
