Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in English including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Experience reading a tape measure or other measurement devices.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operates within assigned department handling materials and assembling using hand tools.
• Cuts materials to prescribed dimensions using a tape measure and compares to specs.
• Reads job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Performs bench-type assembly using hand, electronic, and pneumatic tools.
• Notifies supervisor of mechanical, material, or safety issues.
• Attaches labels and tags to products and packs into packages.
• Follows standard work methods and SOPs.
• Packs finished goods and pallets for shipment.
