Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join our climate-controlled, safety-first facility. You will be trained in every aspect of the role and prepared for success from day one.

As part of a family-owned company, you’ll contribute to building windows with a friendly team and clear career growth paths. You’ll assemble products using tools and automated equipment, read and follow instructions, and communicate in English to collaborate with your team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment such as drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety to your workday and earnings.

Highlights of your role

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.

Monday – Thursday

• Days:5:00 am – 3:30 pm Pay:$18.50 per hour
• Evening:3:30 pm - 2:00 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

Friday – Sunday

• Weekend:5:30 am - 6:00 pm Pay: $22.50 per hour

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
