Job summary

TWB Company is hiring entry-level individuals to join our production team. This role provides full training, strong benefits, and long-term growth potential. Starting pay is $19.76 per hour with overtime and several incentive programs.

Responsibilities include stacking, banding, and packaging materials from machines, assisting operators, and maintaining quality production. A 12-hour shift and potential rotations are required. High school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift materials as needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination and basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
• Must be able to identify, count, and label parts accurately and distinguish numbers/sizes.
• Good oral and written communication skills; legible writing.

Responsibilities

• Stack, band, and package materials from production lines.
• Assist machine operators and support quality production.
• Follow safety protocols and customer standards.
• Read and understand production orders and materials.
• Operate banding tools and handle small parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
