EFP, LLC in La Vergne, TN is hiring for a Production Associate Team Member on 1st and 2nd shifts. 1st shift $19/hour; 2nd shift $20/hour. No prior production experience required; the role involves assembling and packing customer products to specifications in a clean, safe manufacturing environment.

You will perform assembly, packing, quality checks, maintain 5S, and communicate with leadership at shift start and end. Stand/walk, lift up to 40 lbs, and adhere to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and pack all products according to the customer’s specifications
• Stage assembled product in a neat, orderly fashion, stacking on pallets
• Perform quality checks as specified
• Maintain and improve 5S activities
• Communicate with leadership at the beginning and end of each shift
• Work in a safe manner
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
