Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an entry-level production worker responsible for producing and packaging component trays, kits, and other packages for customer orders. You will perform tasks to ensure products are assembled, inspected, and prepared for shipping.

Key duties include receiving and sorting materials, assembling trays and kits, moving between production tasks, lifting up to 60 lbs, and adhering to safety and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
• Fluently speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to use a computer to locate information and print reports
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to Bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
• Ability to work well with others in order to accomplish team objectives.
• Must have high sense of urgency.
• Assist other departments as needed to ensure production output meets or exceeds goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and sort materials; handle work orders and calculate material requirements.
• Assemble trays, kits, or packages; rotate tasks; operate embroidery machines if needed.
• Measure, fold, pack finished goods; inspect for defects and ensure quality.
• Use proper documentation and packaging; pack for delivery.
• Maintain and operate production equipment; keep workstations clean.
• Follow safety rules and keep work areas clean.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
