Job summary

Dotson in Stockton, CA is seeking an entry-level assembler to join our production team. You will assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines and perform spot checks to ensure quality.

You will report problems with quality, equipment and material to supervisors, maintain an organized work area, and complete all documents accurately. This role requires 0–2 years of experience, basic reading of instructions, and good manual dexterity; pay is $17.50–$18.50 per hour DOE.

Qualifications

• Perform work under direct supervision.
• Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
• Perform spot checks of products to ensure the standard of quality is maintained.
• Report problems with quality, equipment and material to supervisors.
• Maintain an organized work area.
• Complete all documents fully and accurately.
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.).
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
