Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. seeks an entry-level Procurement Clerk to support the Sr. Procurement Analyst in acquiring materials, components, and services in line with corporate procedures and regulations.

You will interface with program management and suppliers daily, manage procure-to-pay processes, and help ensure timely order fulfillment across multiple programs within the business unit.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government Secret security clearance.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant Procurement experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and vendor relationship management.
• Direct experience with spreadsheet applications.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/NAICS.

Responsabilités

• Interface with program management and suppliers daily.
• Oversee procure to pay process for respective suppliers including inbound logistics and supporting documents while communicating status of orders to the ordering department.
• Place POs of medium to high complexity and process a high volume of POs across programs.
• Organize and follow up on open purchase orders, quotes, and updates to meet target dates.
• Solicit and award purchase orders in line with contract requirements.
• Assist Accounts Payable with invoice discrepancies.
