Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counting parts and recording production data.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Physical examination by an appointed Lee Spring Doctor.
• Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate power press machines and related production equipment.
• Load raw material and unload finished parts from machines.
• Monitor machine operation for safe operation and quality.
• Perform basic visual and dimensional inspections using gauges.
• Record production counts and in-process checks.
• Stop production and notify supervision if issues arise.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with packing, sorting, and material handling as needed.
