Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required or related field.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain is preferred.
• Internship experience with engineering teams is a plus.
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD is expected.

PAE is seeking a motivated and inquisitive Entry-Level Plumbing Design Engineer to join our Boston team in a hybrid office environment.

This role is designed for a proactive individual looking to build a career in plumbing system design for the built environment. Under the mentorship of experienced project leads, you will transition from academic theory to professional practice, learning to design and model plumbing and engineering distribution systems.

You will play a foundational role in supporting project teams while developing technical mastery in industry-standard software and plumbing codes.

What We Offer

Hiring Base Salary Range: $73,000-$88,100annual

This position is eligible for time and a half overtime pay

The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We take into consideration a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location in determining exact salary offered. At PAE, employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
