You will train alongside experienced plumbers on residential service calls and installations, assist with repairs, learn troubleshooting, safety with tools, and maintain tidy work areas.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience preferred, but not required.
• Background in construction, HVAC, maintenance, automotive, or skilled trades is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Comfortable working with hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

Plumbing Apprentice

$20–$25/Hour | Fort Collins, CO | Monday–Friday

Horsetooth Heating & Air is looking for a Plumbing Apprentice who is ready to learn, work hard, and develop the skills needed for a long-term career in the plumbing trade.

You don't need extensive plumbing experience to be successful in this role. We're interested in people with a strong work ethic, mechanical ability, and a genuine interest in learning a skilled trade. Previous experience in construction, HVAC, maintenance, automotive, or other hands‑on work is a plus.

You'll work alongside experienced plumbers while gaining practical experience on residential service calls and installations.

Your Day-to-Day

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential repairs, service calls, and installations
• Learn to troubleshoot and work on residential plumbing systems
• Develop safe and effective use of hand and power tools
• Help maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
• Interact professionally and respectfully with homeowners
