Job summary

Cortica is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our care team for children with neurodevelopmental differences. We offer a competitive pay range, flexible part-time options, and comprehensive training to kickstart your career with Cortica.

You will deliver 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services, implement BCBA-developed strategies, and document progress while collaborating with families and clinicians to support meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• High School or equivalent, Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Ability to travel between client sites within a 30-40 minute radius.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA.
• Use evidence-based practices to create meaningful progress for families.

• Ability to consistently travel between client sites within a 30-40-minute radius using reliable transportation.
• Tech-savvy with EMR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
