You will work on piping systems, including hydraulic, steam and potable water, with safety training and opportunities to advance through skilled trades programs. Shift availability is required and you will join a team focused on quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 2+ years of related technical experience.
• Willing to work all shifts and in heights, confined spaces and extreme conditions as required.
• Must possess own basic hand tools.
• Preferred: pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC experience; construction/manufacturing background; Navy/military experience; vocational programs.

Responsibilities

• Pipe fit-up involving welded, brazed, or mechanically fastened joints.
• Work with tubing of varying sizes and multiple systems (hydraulic, lube oil, steam, sea water, chilled water, potable water).
• Groom systems for inspections by Company, Navy and Government.
• Cut pipe using saws and pipe cutters; fit pipe with inserts.
• Maintain cleanliness of piping components.
