SSM Health DePaul Hospital - St. Louis is seeking an entry-level Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists with transcription, storage, preparation, dispensing and delivery of medications under supervision.

You will learn non-sterile and sterile compounding, operate pharmacy automation systems, and maintain accurate records to comply with regulatory standards. This regular, full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, no experience required, and readiness to meet licensing requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or education equivalency for licensing.
• No experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assists in preparation of medication orders including transcription, workflow management, automation utilization, and dispensing for non-sterile compounding.
• Distributes medications to designated areas and manages inventory and quality control.
• Maintains documentation and records to comply with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Promotes a safe practice environment and reports safety events.
• Provides excellent customer service to patients and staff.
