Responsibilities

• Prepares medications for dispensing, fills prescriptions with accuracy.
• Distributes medications and restocks shelves and automation accurately.
• Maintains pharmacy inventory and checks for expired or missing items.
• Operates pharmacy computer systems and enters patient data accurately.
• Follows labeling, documentation and medication handling procedures.
• Provides courteous, professional service to patients, caregivers and staff.
• Directs medical questions to a pharmacist and supports medication safety practices.
