Meijer is seeking a Pharmacy Team Member as part of Meijer Rewards. You will retrieve medications from inventory, input patient and prescription information into the dispensing system, create labels, adjudicate insurance, and handle paperwork for filled prescriptions.

You will also order meds, stock supplies, promote pharmacy services, manage workload, and maintain a clean, confidential environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving the appropriate medication from inventory.
• Inputting customer and prescription information in the pharmacy dispensing system.
• Creating prescription labels and adjudicating insurance claims.
• Completing paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.
• Ordering prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stocking prescription medication.
• Promoting pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to the customer.
