Job summary

LTC Scripts Inc. in Long Valley, NJ is seeking two full-time Pharmacy Packaging / Filler Associates to join our production team. This entry-level role focuses on preparing medications from stock bottles into unit-dose packaging, following pharmacy procedures and quality-control standards.

No extensive pharmacy experience is required; we will train the right person. The work is performed in a production setting with teammates and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; extensive pharmacy experience not required.
• Reliable, punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Able to stand and perform repetitive work carefully and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Fill and package medications into bingo cards and other unit-dose packaging.
• Accurately match medications, labels, and packaging.
• Follow established pharmacy workflow and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, labeling, and general production tasks.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with pharmacists, technicians, and other team members.
• Help with other pharmacy production duties as needed.
