Job summary

Killingsworth Environmental is hiring Pest Control Technicians to inspect residential properties, identify pest issues, and develop tailored management plans. You will use treatments, traps, and exclusion techniques to resolve problems and educate clients on prevention methods.

We value customer focus, willingness to learn, and comfort with outdoor work. Training is provided, and relocation or travel within NC may be required as part of service routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control or hands-on customer service roles preferred.
• Willingness to obtain pest control certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of residential properties to identify pest infestations, entry points and conducive conditions.
• Create pest management plans tailored to each client.
• Utilize pest control treatments, traps, and exclusion methods to resolve issues.
• Educate clients on pest-prevention practices and provide recommendations for a pest-free environment.
• Document service activities and maintain records of plans, materials used, and client interactions.
