Clark's Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is hiring Pest Control Technicians in the Aberdeen, Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Dunn, and Clinton areas. No prior experience is required—we provide full training to help you protect homes and businesses and grow with a trusted team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, construction, or other hands-on customer service roles preferred.
• Experienced using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pest control certifications and licenses (if not already held).

What You'll Do:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll spend your day helping people in your community by solving pest issues and building long-term customer relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding service.

You will:

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns

In this role, you'll directly contribute to our mission of creating healthier, safer environments for the communities we serve.

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time comfortably, work in extreme temperatures (hot and cold), safely operate equipment, and go into large and small crawlspaces.

What You Need:

• High school diploma OR GED
• Must meet company vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements, including a minimum of 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Experience in pest control, skilled trades, maintenance, field service, construction, or other hands-on customer service roles is preferred.
• Experienced using computers and smartphones.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to obtain necessary pest control certifications and licenses (if not already held).
