• No prior experience required; on-site certification provided during training.
• Ability to connect easily and authentically with people.
• Willingness to be coached and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precise, evidence-based strength training guidance to members.
• Coach members clearly and confidently to ensure proper form and progression.
• Build strong relationships to improve retention and referrals.
• Lead introductory workouts that motivate commitment from members.
• Maintain excellent attendance and help members achieve real results.
• Continuously improve through Kaizen and feedback.
