Job summary

National Security Agency (NSA) is hiring for Personal Services Assistants to assist employees with disabilities with activities of daily living at NSA Colorado and NSA Washington/Ft Meade. Positions are term appointments up to two years with possible conversion to permanent.

Responsibilities include assisting with feeding, meal prep, toileting, dressing, mobility, and travel support. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel CONUS/OCONUS as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing assistance with activities of daily living (lifting, feeding, toileting, dressing)
• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years experience required
• Experience in home health care, nursing home, or acute care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with targeted disabilities in activities of daily living
• Maintain communication with customers via phone/email
• Use computer systems for documentation/tracking
• Occasionally travel to satellite offices to aid customers
