Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K; refer larger opportunities and cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Build referral business opportunities through Centers of Influence (COIs) and the MGM Program.
• Assist in strategies to grow the small business client and implement sales plans for Book of Business customers.
• Deliver client services/outbound and inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-selling products and services.
• Provide Tellers and branch staff with coaching on products and programs and identify client needs for referrals.
• Educate clients on service and digital channels and present product offers and financial solutions.
• Understand and comply with Citibank policies, standards and procedures.
• Assess risk in decisions, safeguard the firm's reputation, and escalate control issues with transparency.
