Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Clinical Studies Coordinator I to support the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology studies. You will coordinate study activities, assist with patient recruitment, collect data, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with investigators and sponsors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in medical/research settings, with bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a medical and/or research setting.
• Paramedical experience.
• Understanding of medical and/or scientific terminology.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
• Prior work in a laboratory setting a plus.
• Registered Record Administrator certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day activities supporting clinical studies.
• Assist with patient recruitment, referrals, and study eligibility.
• Collect study data and maintain accurate patient and research records.
• Review medical records and interpret relevant clinical information.
• Perform technical procedures under the direction of the principal investigator or designee.
• Prepare study forms, reports, graphs, presentations, and other research materials.
• Collaborate with investigators, faculty, sponsors, coordinating centers, and healthcare professionals.
• Assist with study data collection tools and processes.
• May provide oversight to volunteers or other assigned personnel.

Connaissances

Bachelor's degree required
