Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, skin care).
• Assisting patients with ambulation, transfers, and turns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe patient environment to prevent infections.
• Notifying staff of changes in patient condition or safety concerns.
• Applying infection control concepts and techniques.
• Monitoring and communicating patient condition using available systems.
• Taking vital signs and performing phlebotomy and glucose checks.
