Job summary

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-site training provided.
• Successful completion of PCT orientation.
• BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association (AHA) within 60 days of hire or transfer date.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA, CPCT/A, EMT or CMA certification preferred for advancement in the PCT ladder.

Responsibilities

• Support direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision.
• Help maintain a safe and efficient care environment.
• Perform selected interventions as directed by the care team to assist patient care.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience as part of the care team.
• Participate in the clinical ladder process for career advancement.
