Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Recruitment Manager with sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and day-to-day recruiting activity.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and candidate-pipeline records and coordinate interview logistics.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and candidate screens for patent roles or staff positions.
• Provide timely updates and professional representation of HFZ throughout the process.
