Responsibilities

• Review documents in a custom database and input data.
• Maintain measured workflow expectations.
• Assist with travel and check request documents.
• Update office lists and logs and vendor records.
• Code and send AP invoices to the DC office for payment.
• Maintain administrative files and support attorneys.
• Learn MMSEA filings and update Medicare fields as needed.
• Research and resolve invoicing issues.
