Job summary

Pro Pallet LLC in Pennsylvania is seeking an Entry-Level Pallet Sorter and General Laborer. No prior experience is required, as you will receive on-the-job training to succeed in our manufacturing environment.

You will sort pallets by size and condition, move pallets around the facility, and follow safety procedures. The position offers pay from $11 per hour with an attendance bonus, plus benefits including 401(k), health insurance, PTO, and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs consistently.
• Must be able to stand and work for 8 hours per day.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and motivated to learn.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize pallets by size, condition, and type.
• Handle and transport pallets throughout the facility.
• Perform general labor duties while maintaining a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
