Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking a full-time Market Development Specialist in the Philadelphia area to drive outside sales, grow the territory, and introduce local businesses to our complete range of office supplies and services.

You will work with a consultative approach, visit clients, and help new customers get set up with MasonvilleGO. You'll collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams, attend branch meetings, and receive a competitive pay package with meaningful growth opportunities within a

In This Market Development Specialist Role You Will

With flyers in hand and a consultative mindset, you'll meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier. You'll demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO. Along the way, you'll work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of.
