Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $89,000.00/yr

Position Overview

Step into the role of a territory-based sales representative, focusing on direct engagement. Receive comprehensive training to succeed in reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors. Your main goal will be to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to business owners and their workforce. Expect a mix of one-on-one discussions and group presentations to audiences of 50 to 100 or more, providing daily challenges and growth opportunities.

Core Responsibilities
  • Use our customized Salesforce CRM to generate leads, expand your network, and develop clients within your territory.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
  • Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
  • Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales team.
  • Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service existing clients.
  • Build and nurture your client portfolio.
  • Work with your sales manager to set and achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and submit weekly schedules and work hours.
  • Record daily activities and sales updates.
Additional Qualifications
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (study course provided, licensing fees reimbursed).
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience. Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.
