Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Analyst

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Responsibilities

1. Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements.
2. Coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business.
3. Perform quality reviews of other team members' work and ensure data accuracy.
4. Work across multiple systems and platforms.
5. Interface with teams and businesses to resolve ongoing issues and answer policy questions.
6. Support and work on special projects as requested.
7. Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate.
8. Adhere to all policies and procedures including quality, client service, information security, and compliance.

Skills

1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
2. Advanced Excel skills preferred.
