NHS Management, LLC is hiring an entry-level Nursing Assistant trainee in Alabama. You’ll be trained to become a Certified Nursing Assistant with certification paid for by our organization and mentored by experienced nurses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Good listening skills required.
• Excellent customer service and compassion for helping others.
• Willing to pursue CNA certification; training paid for by the organization.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English.
• Bilingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient comfort alongside RNs, LPNs and CNAs.
• Learn on the job with mentorship to prepare for the CNA exam.
• Move along a career path from entry level to CNA and beyond.
