• Willingness to work a 24x7 shift-based model including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for NG911 incidents and service requests.
• Log, categorize, and prioritize tickets in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Capture incident details and maintain professional documentation.
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 NOC teams and external vendors as needed.
• Provide timely updates to stakeholders and manage SLA timelines.
